A: Once you purchase a membership you will have unlimited access to our weekly tutorials, as well as headsheets and industry tip videos. As a member you will also be added to an exclusive email list and have access to up to date on location classes, new launches and upcoming events. 

Q: HOW LONG CAN I ACCESS MY VIDEOS?

A: As long as you are a member you can access your videos.

Q: HOW OFTEN WILL YOU BE LAUNCHING NEW CONTENT?

A: The Growth Pattern tutorials will be released every week. 

Q: HOW CAN I JOIN A HANDS-ON OR DEMO COURSE OF THE GROWTH PATTERNS OR WITH BRIAN HICKMAN?

A: If your salon is interested in hosting Brian Hickman please reach out to us via the CONTACT US page and we would love to work with getting on your salon’s education schedule. We will also be announcing public demo opportunities via the membership newsletter. 

Q: WHAT ARE THE GROWTH PATTERNS CANCELLATION POLICY?

A: Memberships can be cancelled at any time. However, no refunds are made if a membership is canceled mid month. We reserve the right to change our cancellation and refund policy at any time. A: No way! You can access your account or videos from any device, anywhere!
